Laborer: A laborer is typically seen as a beginner level entry into construction/ earthwork. However, at CAP Excavating & Demolition a laborer position is looked at as a much higher position. Laborers are expected to be the eyes of all the groundwork for the jobsite. CAP Excavating & Demolition has an impressive reputation for high quality work. This wouldn't be possible without the talented efforts of all of the CAP employees. CAP employees are professional, self-driven, and passionate about what they do. A CAP employee is a leader bonded by honesty and integrity, crafted into a highly qualified individual in earthwork, utilities, demolition, and some very high quality custom features.

CAP, being family owned and operated runs just as such. Employees are a part of the family and represent the family on and off the job.
